Abby is a life-long resident of the Lake Region, a graduate of Wallenpaupack Area High School and has been a member of the Chant team since she started in administration in 2003. Since then, she has had two children, obtained her real estate license in 2005 and now holds her Associate Brokers license, which she achieved in 2015.

Abby's children, Cade & Levi attend Wallenpaupack Area School District and are active in, what seems like, every sports-program the school offers! Abby assists in coaching their soccer and baseball teams and is also secretary of the Wallenpaupack Little League Board. She serves as a board member of the Chamber of the Northern Poconos.

Abby believes her parents, still local to the area as well, are her foundation for all that she's accomplished. Her love of real estate, the area and business in general is what makes her such an asset to Chant. She surrounds herself with greatness, getting to work directly with Pete Helms and Lorraine Collins, Broker/Owner & President of Chant Realtors and the leading sales teams in the Pike/Wayne Board of Realtors year after year.

In her spare time, you can catch Abby skiing and snowboarding the local mountains, running in local 5ks, hiking one of the trails near her home in Tafton, boating, jet-skiing and sometimes even water-skiing on Lake Wallenpaupack or just relaxing and enjoying time with her family.

Pete Helms, Owner of Davis R. Chant Realtors, holds Real Estate Broker licenses in Pennsylvania and New York State. Lorraine began her real estate career in 1981. Her early experience in the Chant company, as secretary, licensed agent, and company controller shaped her vision for a career in the industry. In 2012 she received her broker's license which lead her to eventually take the position of President of the Chant company in 2015. With a background of diverse management and real estate experience, she continues to apply her skills as a controller and as one of the most experienced real estate professionals in the region. Lorraine currently sits on the bank board of the Dime Bank. Today, she is also part of a dynamic, individual sales team with Pete Helms, the highest sales volume team across the Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors for over a decade.
